4C Engineering Work-Flow,

First, a project time schedule is determined after defining and analyzing the processes.  The first thing in the project time schedule is to make a process FMEA or update it if there is one already. Necessary operations and steps for the development are defined after the FMEA output. If there is a side processes affecting the main process, side processes would also be analyzed. Development of the process continues by a feasibility of the current technologies and the analyzing the applicability of these technologies. Yearly profit and effects of the investments (labor, equipment, mold, machine etc.) to product cost are determined.

During the project, 4C Engineering staff presents interim reports on the time which is specified in the project time schedule and the process development continues with mutual feedbacks. In case of need, brain storming meeting are arranged during the process and finally operation report is presented to the executives. After the operation is approved, in case of a need  the 4C Engineering employees provides support during the implementation of the process.
